Yoga Maison is a small, independent business prioritising small volumes and high-quality products. Therefore, each sale is really important for us.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in exactly the same condition that you received it. If it's not in a condition that the next customer would be delighted to receive (e.g. creased, pet hairs, deodorant marks) we will not be able to exchange or refund.
You have 14 days of receiving your goods that to let us know that you want to return them. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To complete your return, please let us know via email, and we will provide you with returns instructions. Failing to include a note with your full name and order number inside your return package will result in long delays, and may even mean that your package is not identified at all.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and if your return is lost in the post and we do not receive it back, we sadly will not be able to refund or exchange.
